Classes run with a minimum of 3–4 students and a maximum of 6 students, keeping sessions interactive and personalized.
🌐 Are lessons available online or in person?
- Online: All lessons are primarily online for flexibility and consistency.
- In-person: Private lessons can be held in Marseille. The teacher can come to your home or office upon request.
📅 When should I register?
We recommend registering as early as possible to secure your spot — each class has a maximum of 6 students.
- Enroll at least 2 weeks before the course starts to guarantee your place.
- Bonus: If payment is received 21 days or more before the start date, you’ll get 20% off all group courses.
📈 How do I know which level I should join?
No need to worry! Our free trial lesson is designed to:
- Assess your current level
- Understand your goals
- Recommend the class or program that best suits your needs
⏰ What if I have to miss a class?
- Please notify your instructor at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.
- You’ll receive a summary of the material, and, if available, the class recording and homework to catch up.
- No refunds are issued for missed classes.
- For private lessons, the lesson will be billed if canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
💳 How does payment work?
- Full payment by credit/debit card or PayPal is required to confirm your place.
- Payment can be made after your free trial lesson but before the course begins.

📍 Where are the in-person lessons held?
Private in-person lessons are offered only in Marseille. The teacher can come to your home or office by prior arrangement.

- For group lessons: Changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- For private lessons: Schedule changes are allowed if informed at least 24 hours in advance.

📜 Do you provide a certificate after the course?
Yes! We provide a certificate of completion if the student requests one.
✅ What are the requirements to receive a certificate?
To receive the certificate, students must:
- Request it before or during the course
- Successfully complete the final assessment of the program
🎓 Is the certificate recognized?
The certificate confirms that the student has successfully completed the course and passed the final assessment. It can be used for personal development, CVs, or professional purposes.
💡 How do I request a certificate?
Simply inform your teacher or contact us via our website before the course ends. Once you pass the final assessment, the certificate will be issued.
💸 What is your refund policy?
- Refunds are only possible up to 1 week before the course starts.
- Once the course has started, no refund will be issued.
- If a student cannot attend after the course begins, they may:
- Continue attending the course themselves, or
- Send another student in their place.
🗓️ How long is a private lesson package valid?
- Private lesson packages are valid for a maximum of 8 months from the date of purchase.
- Lessons can be scheduled flexibly within this period, but any unused lessons cannot be carried over after 8 months.
